ABOUT

I’m a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a focus on helping people manage knee, ankle, and foot conditions. I believe in empowering patients through education, helping them understand their pain and take control of their recovery.

My experience comes from working across various NHS settings, including critical care, stroke units, and community mobility services. I later specialised in outpatient musculoskeletal care, which led to my current role as a First Contact Physiotherapist.

Now, I’ve launched Physio with Justice to offer honest, evidence-based advice and support. My approach is holistic and focused on long-term self-management, not quick fixes.
