A focused movement screening and functional assessment, building on your telephone consultation.

This is delivered at your home or my west London consultation room in Acton.

You’ll receive:
• A written summary including your personalised self-management plan.
• A PDF of your rehabilitation exercises (with progression levels) to guide your plan.

Phone Check-In

(15 mins) – £20

Quick review and next-step advice. Great if you’re on track but want reassurance or small tweaks.

In-Person Follow-Up

(30 mins)- £75 (home visit)/ £55 (consultation room)

I’ll review your progress, reassess key areas, and adjust your exercise plan to support your recovery.
