FAQ
I specialise in conditions affecting the knee, ankle, and foot — including patellofemoral pain, osteoarthritis, tendinopathies (e.g. Achilles, patella), and plantar fasciitis.
Please note: I do not treat spinal (back pain/neck pain), or upper limb issues.
No — my service is for adults only. I specialise in musculoskeletal care for individuals aged 18 and over.
No. I don’t offer passive treatments — I offer clarity, expertise, and a path forward. If you’re looking for honest answers and a plan that puts you in control, you’re in the right place.

No — I keep things simple. A clear phone conversation, paired with a detailed in-person assessment if needed, is more than enough to guide your recovery.
No apps, no tech stress — just straightforward support.
Yes — both in-person and by phone. Follow-ups help track your progress, review your goals, and refine your rehab plan if needed. No need to fill out another form, we will arrange it between ourselves.
I currently offer home visits within Acton, Chiswick, and Ealing, as long as your GP is not registered within the boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Brent, Camden, or Harrow.
In my NHS roles, I work with GP practices and NHS providers in those boroughs. To maintain professional integrity and avoid any conflict of interest, I cannot offer private physiotherapy services to individuals whose GP is located in areas where I already provide NHS care.
Unfortunately, no. I am unable to provide any private consultations (including phone calls, video calls, or in-person sessions) to individuals whose GP is based in the boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Brent, Camden, or Harrow, due to my existing NHS work in these areas.
If you’re unsure about eligibility, feel free to email me before booking.
