By booking a session with Physio with Justice, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Scope of Service

Physio with Justice offers physiotherapy assessments and advice focused on the self-management of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the lower limb (hip, knee, ankle, and foot).

This service:

• Does not include hands-on treatments, manual therapy, or massage

• Does not provide post-operative rehabilitation• Is intended for adults (18+) only

• Is not a substitute for emergency or urgent careIf your condition is complex or requires specialist or emergency input, you may be advised to contact your GP or another appropriate service.

 

Consent to Treatment

By booking an assessment, you confirm that:

• You understand this is a self-management physiotherapy service

• You are voluntarily participating and will follow advice at your discretion

• You are responsible for informing the clinician of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that could affect your participation

 

Telephone Assessments

• Telephone assessments are used to better understand your symptoms and determine next steps.

• Advice provided is based on the information you share during the call.

• No physical examination is carried out during telephone assessments.

 

Home Visits

• Please ensure a safe space is available for the session (approx. 2x2m clear area).

• Wear clothing suitable for movement and assessment (e.g. gym wear or loose-fitting clothes).

 

Fees & Payment

• All prices are clearly listed on the website and are subject to change with notice.

• Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the session, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend may result in the full fee being charged.

• Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies at the clinician’s discretion.

 

Data Privacy

• Any personal information shared will be treated in accordance with GDPR.

• Information is used solely for the purpose of delivering physiotherapy care and is not shared with third parties without consent.

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing physiowithjustice@gmail.com
